Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been accessed.

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@myheat.co.za with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital downloads and course materials already accessed.

• Subscription-based services beyond the trial period.

3. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
