2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Course Enrollment & Access

  • Enrollment grants you a non-transferable, limited license to access the course materials.

  • Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or reselling of course content is strictly prohibited.

  • Course access duration is subject to the terms specified at the time of enrollment.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in full before accessing premium courses.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will only be granted if the user has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

  • Refunds will not be issued for digital downloads or course materials already accessed.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on MYHEAT Learning Hub, including videos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of MYHEAT and its content providers.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or share content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • MYHEAT Learning Hub is not responsible for any technical issues, system downtimes, or interruptions in service.

  • We do not guarantee employment, academic recognition, or any specific results upon completion of our courses.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account suspension.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
